Beef Pierogi Filling

Ingredients:
2 cups grated onion
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp dried marjoram
3/4 tsp dried sweet basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
2 tsp beef stock / broth / bouillon

Directions:
Fry onion until tender, add meat. Cook until browned, stir in seasonings and bread crumbs. Add just enough stock to make a paste. Cool to make handling easier.
